This is a vintage 1950s wool kilt made in the Campbell clan tartan known as Black Watch. It is a combination of black, navy blue and green. It was made by Trimingham's London-Bermuda. In the a full wrap style, pleated in back and flat in front with fringed edge. Not lined. It closes with two hidden hook/eye clasps. It appears that the hook/eyes have been moved to let the waist out, they can easily be moved back to make this a smaller skirt. It is in excellent condition apart from a little snag where the hook was moved, see last photo.

This kilt is the clan tartan of my great great grandmother. 

No size tag. Shown on a US size 10 dress form and clipped at the waist for fit. This would best fit a US size 10 to 12, or smaller if the waist is taken back in.
